What would happen if there were really an Incredible Hulk. How would the world respond to a Real Incredible Hulk. Well for starters long as he wasn't really causing all that damage we'd probably accept the Incredible Hulk, but we know the incredible Hulk and we know what he's gonna do (((Smash stuff up))
If the Incredible hulk was just busing criminals and occassionally busting stuff up we'd probably let it slide, but then again you never know.
The Military probably would (try to kill the Incredible Hulk) But the Incredible hulk is indestructable and the madder you make him the stronger The Incredible Hulk gets. So what would we do about the Incredibel Hulk in a cituation like this. It be like being between an rock an a hard place.
I don't think anybody could really control the Incredible Hulk except for david banner and his girlfriend Betty.

Incredible Hulk 2 Rules
* Don't make David Banner mad (((He will turn into the Incredible Hulk 2)))
* The Incredible Hulk 2 can smash pretty much anything he wants ((Long as a crime has been done or someone is beating up on David Banner))) This includes Smashing Buildings, tearing up streets and throwing cars
The Incredible Hulk 2 needs to calm down to Stop Smashing things
The Incredible Hulk 2 obeys no Law
The Incredible Hulk 2 is Law when you make him mad
The Incredible Hulk 2 is the Man
